There really is no place like OM.
Bring It OM Power Yoga was developed with a very simple idea – to create a fun and inviting space where every practitioner can find something that fills their yoga cup. While we are a power yoga studio, there is no one view/style that predominates. After all, that’s why they make chocolate and vanilla and pistachio and rocky road, right? We offer a variety of classes, from hot to warm to unheated, beginners to advanced vinyasa-style flow classes, yin and restorative classes, senior yoga, teen yoga, plus some really fun monthly events you won’t want to miss. Above all else, we want our customers to have FUN with us and to feel at home at our space!

Class Schedule - April 1 - 5
Our schedule is modified this week for Cobb County Spring Break! Be sure to check our app or website for the updated schedule and make sure to pre-register for class! We will resume our regular schedule next weekend.
We are pleased to offer this new class, led by the beautiful and talented Alena Levine. Yogalates is a refreshing combination of yoga, Pilates, and calisthenics. These movements are designed to work the lymphatic system as well as the internal body organs in combination with the entire skeletal and muscular physique. A Yin component will be intertwined to deliver a completely balancing experience. Starts April 10th, Wednesday evenings at 7:15pm.
Starting April 11th, Thursday nights at Bring It OM Power Yoga is where it’s AT! On alternating Thursdays, we will have “Yin Sing-A-Long” night – one hour of delicious warm yin to the tune of your lovely voices belting out in unison. We’re talking show tunes, boy band music, cheesy soft rock, fist-pumpin’ hard rock, you name it. What more fun than this can be had, Yinners?
wait for it…

Thrilling Thursdays (cont'd). . .
When we’re not yinning and singing, every other Thursday will be DANCE PARTY NIGHT with Jen. What, what??!! Yep – grab your dance sneaks, bring your moves to the studio, and get ready to let loose and shake it til you make it! Starts April 18th! Sign up now!
Yin & Tonic
Sunday, April 14th. Same Candlelight Yin time (5pm), same Candlelight Yin goddess instructor (Alena Levine). The only difference is we are celebrating our beautiful community of yogis with a special post-yin social gathering with snacks and adult beverages. Please join us!
