There really is no place like OM.
Bring It OM Power Yoga was developed with a very simple idea – to create a fun and inviting space where every practitioner can find something that fills their yoga cup. While we are a power yoga studio, there is no one view/style that predominates. After all, that’s why they make chocolate and vanilla and pistachio and rocky road, right? We offer a variety of classes, from hot to warm to unheated, beginners to advanced vinyasa-style flow classes, yin and restorative classes, senior yoga, teen yoga, plus some really fun monthly events you won’t want to miss. Above all else, we want our customers to have FUN with us and to feel at home at our space!

We’re keeping it simple – 30 classes in 30 days. The heart of this challenge is a commitment not just to the studio, but to yourself and your practice. If you miss a day, double up on another day. If you’re a power person, try yin, and vice versa! Put your name up on our poster, and track your progress with the rest of our merry band of yogis! Challenge ends Feb 9, when we hold a celebration class at Karen’s 9:30am Warm Power
Need V-day plans??
Join Karen and David for this sweet, heart-opening practice. By candlelight, this class begins with heat-building vinyasa flow and ends with gentle restorative stretches. Note: this is not a partner class, so feel welcome to come solo or with your date!
This special series is for young yogis ages 6-11, and provides a great way for your child to unwind after a long school day. In a non-competitive and nurturing environment, your child will practice different yoga poses and sequences, play fun and challenging yoga-style games, learn simple partner poses, and learn skills & techniques for self-calming and stress relief.
